1- DUBAI PEARL participated as
Deputy Program Director
Dubai Pearl is a World-
class, fully integrated,
walkable, and mixed-use
development that targets
to create a state-of-the-art
facility and add a
significant uplift to this
very high profile area of
Dubai. The Project aims for
the US Green Building
Council’s LEED Gold
Certification. The Site Area
is approximately 750,000
sq. ft. with a GFA of
9,600,000 sq. ft. The
Project components
include residential, office,
hospitality and retail
facilities, all catering to the
high-end market.
Simulation Studies were
carried out in the Project to
optimize the overall
building performance in
terms of: Natural Cooling
Effect from Wind, Self-
Shading, Daylight Control
inside Residences. In
addition, Energy Modeling
was utilized with particular
attention to: Air
Conditioning, Heat
Recovery on AHU, Light &
Power, Lifts, Domestic Hot
Water (including Solar
DHW), Car Park Ventilation
and Lighting, and Water
Efficiency.

2- DUBAI TIARA (TWIN) TOWERS
,participated as Deputy
Program Director
Dubai Tiara (Twin) Towers is
a signature office and hotel
complex located on Sheikh
Zayed Road in Dubai. The
Towers comprise two sixty-
story towers connected by a
central podium. Both towers
are joined at their base by a
six-storey high podium that
houses different conference
and meeting facilities,
commercial and retail
outlets, food and beverage
areas as well as recreational
functions, including a spa,
health club and a swimming
pool.

Village”) is one of Dubai’s
major theme developments,

mixture of heritage from
both the Western and
Middle Eastern cultural
institutions. In addition to a
self-contained residential
and commercial community
(including high-income villas
and apartments, retail
facilities, and restaurants),
the project features wide
open spaces,traditional wind
towers, cobblestone
walkways,unique sculptures,
waterways topped with
bridges, creek-side souks,

5- WATANI RESIDENTIAL
DEVELOPMENT, ABU DHABI
Watani Residential
Development is a mixed-use
project to meet the housing
needs of the Emirate of Abu
Dhabi. It has an area of 1.8
km² and comprises 1,370
villas with four and five
bedrooms which will come in
a variety of designs to suit
the Emirati families. The
community is served by
three local mosques and one
Grand Mosque, a community
centre, Olympic-standard
sporting facilities and an
International British School.
There are also 40 mid- and
low-rise apartment building
housing units of varying
sizes.

7- THE WAHAT HILI MALL &
HOTEL, AL AIN
The Wahat Hili Mall is a first-
rate boutique mall. It rises
over three stories and
encompasses over 160 retail
outlets, as well as coffee
shops, restaurants, family
entertainment venues, a
food court, a hypermarket,
and ancillary neighborhood
services. The Rotana Hotel,
attached to the Mall,
includes a basement, ground
and six floors, supported by
208 car parking spaces, a
coffee shop, restaurant,
health centre, gym, and an
open-air swimming pool.
The project has a built-up
area of 100,000 sqm and
consists of the Wahat Hili
Mall (30,000sqm of GLA)and
the Arjaan Hotel by Rotana

STREET:
Jeddah Waterfront
represents the main cultural
and touristic venues in
Jeddah city. The aim of the
project is to utilize the
unique features of the
waterfront and upgrade it to
become a world touristic
destination. The project
consists of landscape /
hardscape upgrade, in
addition to the construction
of utilities and services
networks. The project
includes many services and
investment locations that
cater to the users’ needs.

2- SALMAN BAY HOUSING
PROJECT:
Represents one of JDURC’s
mega-housing projects. With
a total area of approximately
4. 3.2 million sqm, the
development is considered
as part of the future
expansion of Jeddah. It will
accommodate around
25,000 units of building
apartments dedicated for an
affordable housing and
catering for over 95,000
residents. The entire project
comprises G+4 Residential
Building Apartments, with
two types of ground floor
(with and without retail
shops).

3- EAST JEDDAH:
Assisting AMANA (Jeddah
Municipality) in the
development of mitigating
solutions for flooding and
flood hazards in East Jeddah,
the project includes 9 dams
and a series of open
hydraulic drainage channels.
It covers an area of 310 Km²
and the objective of the
Temporary Flood Control
Measures is to prevent flash
flood conditions in the event
of a 200 years storm. The
Strategic Plan for the
Development of East Jeddah
has been prepared as part of
the East Jeddah General
Development Plan. The
Study area isdivided into two
parts: East Jeddah and
Jeddah Hills.
