      • Property Valuation Training and Procedures (PVC) approved Monitoring Plan, that requires the Tax Department to monitor the status of the surface tax maps 1/3 of the counties of the State each year.
      • WVDTR will gives a weeks notice to schedule the visit
      • All monitoring will be completed by September 1
      • It will be completed by TMTs & GIS professional

      • No person may reproduce, copy, distribute or sell copies of tax maps prepared by the counties without having first obtained the written permission of the County Assessor.

        • Map revisions made between January 1 and June 30 is no later than August 1 of the same calendar year
        • Revision made between July 1 and December 1 is no later than immediately succeeding February 1
