Results (at March 1, 2013)• Registered over 1450 Aboriginal candidates from more than150 Indian Bands (120 are BC-Based)• Recruited, trained, and placed 475+ candidates intosustainable employment• 93% retention rate• Transitioned 63 percent of our employed candidates fromunemployment• Placed candidates earn over aprox. $24.5 million in annualwages• 25% female candidates (both employed and registered)• 43% under the age of 35
