VzMind ItSelf I loved that deck till I reach the Salesforce Case Study that I know pretty well. I clearly dont understand it. Even if 50% of Salesforce transactions are made through the API, Salesforce is first of all a SaaS offer. That's why they don't need to install their software on site and not because they provide an API. To be honest all Salesforce API customers are first of all SaaS customers. API come second for integration of the CRM into the existing enterprise back-office. Also the "What would it cost" slide makes no sense. Salesforce got thousands of Sales and partners and have a yearly revenue of 3 Billion $. So I am wondering what is the overall quality of that deck now ...
