It appears that Employers are NOW relying on Employment Agencies to SCREEN Applicants for them and in the process are REQUIRING they get employees through UNLAWFUL/ILLEGAL practices to WAIVE "PROTECTED RIGHTS" - i.e. NOT telling employees that laws are being VIOLATED in requesting them to RELEASE/AUTHORIZE certain BACKGROUND checks into EMPLOYMENT HISTORY, etc. --- SUPPORTING the INVESTIGATIONS of Employment Agencies' HIRING/APPLICANT processes/procedures through this COMPLAINT/CHARGE! DAHHHH!
