Dear Mayor Broome:
On Monday, October 15, 2015, I stopped by Utica City Hall and left my contact information
requesting that you call me regarding setting up a meeting with you – i.e. with myself and about five
(5) other Citizens of Utica. To date, I have NOT received a call from you regarding my request.
Therefore, today, I took the time to call and spoke with a woman who told me her name is Brenda. I
advised Brenda of my request to meet with you and shared my GOOD-FAITH efforts to reach out to
you and provide myself and others an opportunity to meet with you to address our concerns.
While Brenda seemed frustrated after asking who I am and I advised her that I am a
COMMUNITY ACTIVIST/CIVIL RIGHTS ACTIVIST, she ABRUPTY sighed, said GOOD BYE and HUNG
UP the call! With such a RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL attitude, as I shared with Brenda during the
call, this if my fax documenting my GOOD FAITH efforts to meet with you.
PLEASE BE ADVISED, that I am requesting that you provide me with approximately three (3)
DATES and TIMES (between 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.- TWO HOUR WINDOW) that is convenient for you
to meet with myself and others (expect anywhere from 10 – 20 people – i.e. the list of supporters are
growing).
As I share with people in the COMMUNITIES, I am NOT a POLITICIAN; I am a COMMUNITY
ACTIVIST/CIVIL RIGHTS ACTIVIST (i.e. not a noise maker but an ACTION TAKER)! With that being

Caldwell & Berkowitz. The PUBLIC/WORLD is very shocked to LEARN as well as SEE how they have
INFILITRATED the United States of America’s Government (Federal, State and City). I’m just merely
