"I want you for…" - the Presidential Guard of Abu Dhabi will build on Hermes Vocalcom to recruit - in Tunisia, signing of the polling institute Sigma for the French editor.In the Middle East, one of the most promising markets for customer service alongshide with SouthAmerica, a subsidiary of Menat Vocalcom - Middle-East, North Africa and Turkey - has announced thecompletion of several major contracts. The Presidential Guard of United Arab Emirates, based in AbuDhabi, is now equipped with the Hermes.net solution by Vocalcom to bring up to date the oldestbusiness outreach in the world: military recruitment. The multimodal nature of the platform will beclosely involved to contact candidates by phone, chat or email. The flexible structure will allow anintelligent progress between the call center, human resources and management to track records,which candidates can monitor at any time. This contract is in addition to those signed in the UAE withthe main booking centralizing service Car Dollar Rent-a-car and the American University of Dubai.To focus on what Middle Eastern market evolving Ali Kassab, CEO of Vocalcom Menat, has alsoexpanded its team by announcing the appointment of two country managers responsible one ofTunisia and Algeria, and the other of Turkey. Wassim Mahjoub has been named Country Manager forTunisia and Algeria: after stints at IBM, Microsoft and Cisco where he held among other functions ofchannel manager and sales manager, he joined the team to consolidate Menat the development ofTunisia / Algeria branches and implement the group’s new strategy. He will be in charge of a newcustomer in Tunisia, the Institute for Studies and surveys Sigma. Specialized in the polls and thereforemuch in demand from the Arab spring, the Institute joined the Customer Vocalcom. Turker Erkin hasbeen appointed as Country Manager for Turkey, after leading for 14 years one of the largestdistributors of Genesys and Interactive in Turkey.Both will report to Ali Kassab, who also retains direct responsibility for markets in the Middle East -including the United Arab Emirates - and Lebanon.
