2. Origin
The beginning of the ballet was in the Italian
Renaissance, where it was done to entertain
royalty during dinner.
The first completa of ballet was "Le Ballet
Comique de la Reine" in Paris 1581.
3. History
The first professional ballet academy was the
Académie Royale de Danse, made by the French King
Louis XIV in 1661.
4. History
In the eighteenth century the French dancer Marie
Camargo and her rival Marie Sallé begin to shorten
their skirts and use flat shoes for dancing and even
used Greek tunics.

5. History
In this century Heinel Anne is the first dancer to do a
double pirouette.
Gradually they began to work more dramatic
expression in ballet.
At the end of the century begins pointe ballet where
the dancers were not in points in small parts of the
dance because there were still no pointe shoes.
It is in the nineteenth century where romantic ballet
begins and where existing techniques are marked.
