Negotiation is a dialogue between two or more people orparties, intended to reach an understanding, resolve point ofdifference, or gain advantage in outcome of dialogue, toproduce an agreement upon courses of action, to bargain forindividual or colletive advantage, to craft outcomes to satisfyvarious interests of two people/parties involved innegotiation process. Negotiation is a process where eachparty involved in negotiating tries to gain an advantage forthemselves by the end of the process. Negotiation isintended to aim a compromise.
