Someone who has obtained tenure and can guide through the process.<br />Susan Hidalgo, Head of Access Services<br />Expertise and Interests: Process for Promotion and Tenure, Team Building, Library Instruction<br />Qualities wanted in Mentee: Dedication to growing as a professional, enthusiasm about the library profession.<br />
