The 6 Hidden Motivators Theoretical – love to learn and acquire knowledge  Books  Certificates with Hotel logo on – For excellent attitude – For taking responsibility etc  Words mean a lot to these people – you might want to consider regular affirmation on cards or words. Money motivators  Set an achievable goal and reward with money  Gift vouchers etc Aesthetic Beauty, Art , Harmony, physical beauty  Receiving beautifully wrapped thoughtful gifts  To spend time in a place that will feed their soul – garden etc  Beautiful cards of thanks and affirmation  Keeping them informed of events they might want to attend (Pay for the event) Social Motivator - Teachers, coaches, nurses, councilors (Acts of service)  Acts of service to them  Let someone take their responsibilities for the day – give them a day off  They care for others – it stands to reason they would want to be cared for. Individualistic – Power, control, leaders, leaders of company teams etc  Responsibilities  Promotions  Opportunities to lead a team  Words of affirmation – cards - Quality time with them Traditional  Belief systems – the importance of family (Family days)  Political – acknowledgement and discussion  Religious – acceptance and respect
