processes. A market-based proactive facilities management program was created.
This program is called Do It Now (DIN) Facilities Management Program consisting of the
following:
• Identify facilities management personnel who have technical and customer service skills.
• Make daily contact with designated key customer representatives.
• Each day the Do It Now (DIN) facilities management representative will ask if there is
anything requiring facilities management attention.
• Small needs will be done immediately, larger needs will be relayed by the Do It Now
representative to others within facility management team.
