bathrooms. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed while the other is fitted with twin beds.
The villas also boast a modern kitchen, a living and dining area, cable TV, Internet and a wonderful
swimming pool that tempts you in for a dip as soon as you enter the property! The villas are quite
compact but laid out in such a way as to maximise the space and comfort, allowing plenty of natural light
to bathe the pool.
Villas 1 and 2 are virtually the same while Villa 3 differs slightly in its layout. The maximum occupancy
for each of these properties is 4 people, as we cannot provide an extra bed. These properties are
located in the up-market area of Seminyak more commonly referred to as Oberoi. The location of these
properties is fabulous, within 5 minutes walk to an array of delicious restaurants, tempting boutiques,
relaxing spas, fun nightlife and just 10 minutes walk to the beach.
