    • Without the right mindset it’s difficult or even impossible to lose weight and keep it off.

    • Just as you can shape your body with proper diet and exercise, you can shape your self-image and mindset with the right tools.

    • One of the first steps to having the right mindset for losing weight is to set proper goals.
