Personal Review: What Color Is Your Parachute Workbook: How
to Create a Picture of Your Ideal Job or Next Career by Richard
N. Bolles
This is the revised and updated version, I have purchased and used the
first edition as well. The updated version is much more user friendly. I
particularly like the focus on where one wishes to work in terms of
geography, and in terms of the kinds of people one would like for
colleagues. The guide is large enough to write on, and lays flat which
makes it easier to use than the same tables and graphs in What Color is
Your Parachute? And I like that the working with animals is now under the
category of people. All in all, the exercises have led to many insights about
my strengths, and likes and dislikes. I have a much better picture of where
my flower and I will bloom.
