I purchased this drive as back-up and storage for my Dell XPS Desktop
commputer, I had been using Maxtor One-Touch Mini drives but wasn't
completely satisfied ,especially since the Maxtor required two USB ports to
operate, after doing some research, I settled on the Western Digital Elite
series. After using this drive for about a month, I have been completely
satisfied with this product, it has excellent back-up software and runs
smoothly with great speed when loading files. The quality and construction
of this drive is top notch, I would recommend this proudct to anyone
