    2. The pace of a thriller but actually a book on process and management. It takes what can be a bit of a boring topic and gives it life. The way the topic is presented is not new, the under dog (Alex Rogo in the story) has to overcome huge obstecles with the assiatance of his experienced guide (Jonah).
