I recently passed the NCLEX and I highly recommended this book to my
friends who are about to take the exam. I read the NCLEX reviewers by

the NSNA, QUE/Rinehart, Saunders (Comprehensive) and Mosby
(Comprehensive); in my opinion, Gauwitz comes closest to simulating the
real exam. If you want to get a feel of the actual NCLEX, this is a good
place to start. The first book to read: Kaplan Strategies. The Second:
Gauwitz. The questions are on the left, and to the right are the answers -
very well layed out.
