I was studying for the AFAST and used this book as my sole study guide.
There are seven sections on the AFAST and this prepared me for all of

them with the exception of one. Helicopter Knowledge is a section that
you may want to refer to some other books on helicopter flight principals.
This book does have some practice sections on Helicopter Knowledge and
you can use that information to study for quite a bit of it. Overall though,
this book will prepare you for the test very well.
