I have been using this almost every day since I received it. My wife and I
have made some great food, enjoyed many leftovers and have begun to
lose a little weight.

We have made stews, soups, Coq Au Vin, Citrus Chicken, custard, and
bread pudding. Plus a couple of home made shots in the dark and all of
them have been delicious, and not a preservative in the lot.
The prep time takes longer than the cooking, so I finally dug out the food
processor again, that shortened up the prep time. Now things will flow
more quickly.
I bought the dessert setup by Fagor, it works, but not well. The silicone
baking dish and cover is so flimsy they do not mate. This was quite a
disappointment, but I'll find a better dish for the desserts.
All in all a great purchase so far and I look forward to using it for many
years.
