This an inspirational and motivational book for the average person who is
sick and tired of working hard at dead-end jobs with no potential to do
better. While there are other ways to succeed in life, this book shows
readers how to do it in real estate. I think many people are paralyzed with
fear to get moving, and the author does a great job at overcoming these
fears, because after reading it, you really believe that you can do it. It
makes you want to jump up and start buying properties.
While I think this book provides a good introduction, I would also
recommend educating yourself more. It is a lot cheaper to read ten books
and pay $200 than not to have enough knowledge and make a huge
mistake that will cost you thousands of dollars. Real estate can be a great
business for those who pursue it because unlike other products, everyone
has to either rent or own, unless, of course, you choose to be homeless.
