Frankly, this is the only cookbook I've every immediately used and read cover to cover. You cannot go wrong if you like to eat barbecue, cook and travel. Every topic is covered: from appetizers to deserts, all from the number one barbeque restaurants throughout the United States. Luscious photography, great writing, and interesting graphics make reading and perusing this book a treat. You'll map out your vacations by the restaurants this book recommends. Mouth watering dishes all described, photographed and delivered for you to cook and serve up. "America's Best BBQ" has human interest stories in it.
