Very good book with philosophy of the design, with good engineering
information. I found good details on joinery, how to equip yourself for
timber framing. I was mostly interested in engineering and found a lot of

information, including example on how to verify if joints are correct. It
covers only classic timber framing, which means metal (nail, bolt,
connectors)
