    Extracting Metadata from File Shares
  • Expand all folders and screen dump, show docs in lowest levels
  • Make lists of what’s common in each one – make it smarter than before!
  • Create a Document Library for each new grouping – don’t forget the description!
    Create the columns based on your extracted metadata
  • Use either Choice fields, Lookups or Site Columns depending on what’s re-usable
  • Upload docs and tag them accordingly
    Finally, create Views to sort the documents
