3. Self managed team is a part of an Aart organization in which teams
motivate employees, promote a sense of belonging among them, and
encourage them to contribute to the organization’s growth.
Features:-
Self managed teams can be progressed in different levels:-
• Teams were given less responsibilities and decision making
• Team members planned how to implement each function under
the guidance of a manager or a consultant
• They had to prove that they could plan and implement each
function independent.
