overeating.
Chewing your food, eat slowly. Chew at least 10 times before you swallow your food.
Appreciate your food at the same time give your body time to digest the food and

Making small changes on your eating habit. Reduce the portion of food gradually and
maintain it once you reached your ideal weight. Do not go for radical change, you will not
be able to stay with it. Having more meal, 5-6 small serving meals instead of 3 big meals.

Eat dinner before 7.30 pm so that your body have enough time to digest the food before
you going to bed. Go for a walk after dinner if you would like to achieve a better on your
weight loss. Just a 30 minutes walk and you will see a change on your scale. Include
walking as your daily activity, walk after meals, especially dinner, make it a habit to walk
after your dinner. It helps for burning off your fat.
