The system can reclaim 70% of waste water incurred in IC manufacturing. – Waste Treatment ITRI has developed a new up-stream anaerobic sludge bed (modified UASB) waste water treatment technology. Compared with conventional activated sludge method, the new technology saves 30 – 60 % in land and capital cost.
