ROUTES 40, 41, 43, 47 Temporary Bus Stop Relocation Effective Immediately Due to reasons beyond Victor Valley Transit Authority’s control and road construction on Powhatan Road between Navajo Road and Quinnault Road, a temporary bus stop has been placed approximately 1,100 feet east of the regular bus stop location. This temporary bus stop will be at the west side of the Halter Top Apartments, just east of the James Woody Park.
