individual shapes into one entity
or symbol.

required in Visio, return to the
Library Manager.
Ensure that the previously created
folder is selected.
Select Add New Symbol from the
Add New Symbol drop-down
menu.

symbol checkbox, else leave it
unchecked.
Then, click the Symbol button.

Select the newly created symbol,
then click OK to add the new
symbol into the library.
