Previous Screen PRODUCT RE-ENGINEERING FOR A HEALTHCARE COMPANY Customer Profile The client is a provider of cloud based claim management services to hospitals.The product aims to achieve this by organising and sharing claim related information and analytics via dashboards Problem Statement Customer saw a need to re-design the dashboard to make it more interactive and facilitate easy information flow. Considering the end user behaviour and choice, a mobile application is also a necessity to increase the adoption.

The product powered with loads of data and analytics helps C-level executives with dynamic decision making & to know the overall health of the suppliers. Problem Statement The product is effected with information overload and lack of intuitive user experience. The current dashboard is a challenge in terms of interactivity and information flow. Multiple graphs with multiple parent child relationships makes data comprehension difficult.
