    I have a plan to develop this model further and put some more thought into how to better position various tools. I will share it on Slideshare once I have something to share.

  • dllavoy dllavoy very useful construct, beautifully visualized, as i've come to expect from you.
    one dimension i don't really see here is the multi-way communication. ie - wiki is different from email. do you see this as the public/private dimension? If so - why are forums (fora?) in the middle?

    For that matter do you plan to add wiki's or shared workspaces to this list?
