  • Oscar Berg Oscar Berg commented on Enterprise 2.0 : Leveraging collaboration platforms to foster knowledge, innovation and productivity Great presentation! I observe that you build nicely on some of the ideas from my own presentations, such as this one: http://www.slideshare.net/marknadsstod/enterprise-20-efficient-collaboration-and-knowledge-exchange-slideshare. BTW, I really liked your post "Enterprise 2.0 explained to our managers in 10 principles" - VERY usable. 1 week ago

  • Oscar Berg Oscar Berg commented on Positioning Model for Communication Tools thanks. I actually have a better model to describe multi-way communication ;-) I have a plan to develop this model further and put some more thought into how to better position various tools. I will share it on Slideshare once I have something to share. 6 months ago
  • Oscar Berg Oscar Berg commented on Enterprise 2.0 - Efficient Collaboration and Knowledge Exchange @ dllavoy and bhaskarv , thanks for your comments and nice words about our presentation. @ guestaab48f2 - Thanks for a great discussion during the seminar! @ besser20 - I have viewed your presentation(s) before and can highly recommend them to others. @ jkloren - I agree. Although not visible in the slides, we touch upon this when contrasting large and heavily distributed organizations to small organizations. Even large ones can have employees that work across traditional disciplinary or functional boundaries. This typically happen in local market units where collaboration and innovation can work great. But how do you make knowledge sharing and collaboration happen inbetween those units? How do you get ideas from one site / location come across to other sites / locations? That is an issue we address specifically. /Oscar 7 months ago
