Go to main International SOS page<br />Enter the UT System ID Code in the Members Login box<br />11BSGC000037<br />
Once in the UT System page, click on Add Trip<br />
Click on New User? Register Here<br />
Create your record.<br />
Complete your Profile<br />Make sure you select <br />UT SAN ANTONIO as your institution.<br />
Once your profile is complete, you will be asked to Add a Trip.<br />Enter the name of the trip and click Save.<br />
Click on Add a Flight.<br />
Enter flight information for first leg of trip.<br />Do NOT click on Verify.<br />Click Add.<br />

Click on the trip to open it and add more legs of your flight and/or housing.<br />
To add second leg of trip, click Add a Flight.<br />Remember to click Add for each segment of your flight.<br />

This is the screen you will see for My Current Trips.  You can click into the trip if you need to change information.<br />
To add housing, click on Add Hotel/ Accom-modations. Input the requested information and then click Add.<br />
Continue to add housing information as needed until you have accounted for all accommodations for the entire program.<br />
