  • Current HR solutions are clunky and expensive and do not engage the employees in the process – Our solution is easy to use, in-expensive and uses social networking tools to engage employees in the HR process. Primary goals of HR is Recruitment, Retention, Development. Big bonus to the Tribe user is improved workflow. Could use some nice screens that show the software.
