 Open Flame
 Top Burner on for 70 Seconds
 Side Burner on for 50 Seconds
 Data collection occurs for 30 minutes, test fails if
peak heat exceeds 200 kW at any time or if total heat
released in the first 10 minutes exceeds 15MJ
