-500 gr. d’ametlles en pols -½ kg de sucre -Dos patates -Dos ous sencers -700 gr. d’ametlles INGREDIENTS
- posem a bullir les patates - barregem les patates, les ametlles, el sucre i els dos ous - deixem reposar una estona la barreja
Fem formes amb la barreja i decorem per sobre amb pinyons, amb ametlles, codony... - Posem les formes decorades al forn uns deu minuts a 180º - Quan està cuit, es treu del forn i es deixa reposar
