UNMC/UNDP Rio 20 Focus• A process and outcome that: is genuinely participatory & secures sustainable human development based on inclusive and equitable pro-poor growth enables accelerated achievement of the MDGs and supports beyond 2015 process to design future development goals built on SDThe transition towards a just society (incl. green economy) provides opportunitiesto promote long-term sustainable pro-poor growth, create decent jobs and henceeradicate poverty (incl. achieving the MDGs and beyond). Obviously, the voice &demands of the poor have to be taken into account.
