Admissions What happens after you “submit”?• All admitted applicants will have an interview• Open interview policy means you schedule the interview when it is convenient for you• Each application is read twice by two independent readers – Reader #1 evaluates the written application only – Interviewer conducts “blind” interview – Reader #2 evaluates the entire package and makes recommendation – Admissions Committee (AdComm) reviews all applications by round – Fellowship Committee reviews all admitted applicants each round
