They are reliable and consistent”. “ Viruses are Your issue, not Dell's. Anyone with a computer knows the company that sold you the computer is not at fault....You use it...be careful how you use it. I have had several issues with My Dell XPS, but they were on it Instantly, the customer service was fantastic”. “ Blaming Dell for Spyware and Viruses? Stay off sites you know you shouldn't be going to :)”
