At my workplace, we have institutionalised knowledge sharing: after every staff meeting, we hold a knowledge-sharing session, where we take turns in presenting one library resource or another aspect of our work for each other.
By this, we can update each other on current projects and remain up-to-date with the more specialist library resources.

This slideshow was made to pass on some of the ideas my colleague Daniel Gunnarsson and I were presented with at the conference "linked Worlds" at the Royal Library in Copenhagen (27-28 sept. 2011). We focus on Crowdsourcing, as we were very much inspired by Kevin Sumption's brilliant presentation of his work.
