Marketing Plan to Sell Your Home <ul><li>I understand where your Buyers are coming from and will target them: </li></ul><ul><li>90% from Real Estate Agents </li></ul><ul><li>Over 80% from the Internet (Base on survey by the National Association of Realtors) </li></ul><ul><li>Around 50% of Buyers are from Open House </li></ul><ul><li>5% to 20% of Buyers are from newspaper, magazine and relocation company. </li></ul><ul><li>Most of your Buyers will be Asian families and Hispanic families. I’ll target these Buyers heavily by advertising on their paper & drop off flyers to businesses in the Mission and San Bruno </li></ul>

Promote to Other Real Estate Agents • Notify 2200 Intero Agents about your condo via email and company sales meeting. • Schedule and hold Broker’s Tour to promote your property to local agents. • Email campaigns to all SF agents about your listing. • Special Target local real estate offices who market the Excelsior/Mission/Portola by emailing/calling and dropping off flyers • Enter your listing on the MLS East Bay/SF MLS/MLS Listing/South Bay. My goal is to create a buzz about your property. I want to bring all potential buyers to your doorsteps

As a member of several relocation and referral networks, I get the information on these buyers before anyone else. This provides more potential buyers for your home, since we always try to show our own listings first to these qualified buyers.
