    What does balance mean?? Macquarie Dictionary

    There are a lot of reasons why we get out of balance and not all of them are actually negative. At the time they may seem as though we are giving and being kind to another when in actual fact we are ignoring ourselves first and that’s why we get out of balance.

    Wants feed the head and mind needs feed the heart soul and spirit

    During carnation we discuss with the universe what our path and purpose will entail, only when we allow wants to overpower us do we find that we become off track and forget what it is that we are supposed to be doing here. When we reengage with our needs do we begin to remember the reason that we are here and then and only then can the universe come through and begin to guide us once again. Wants feed the head and the mind, needs feed the heart, soul and spirit. We just need to reconnect to find it once again.

    You are the only one responsible for ensuring that all of your needs are met. You are only responsible for you, not anyone else. This is not about being self reliant but this about being self responsible. No one else is to blame for you not being happy or inspired or enriched or whole or BALANCED!! Only you.
