      Consumer found whole chicken bought from the retail store was not perfectly slaughtered !
      He / She complaint to the store manager and also the authority.
      Store manager then use the ID on the label and search into their internal TIX.
      Store manager wants to know where the chicken came from.

      A retail QA want to ensure the sausage sell at his display counter is halal certified all the way processing line. He conduct some check on received sausage prior to display.
    9. Inspect the value chain
      He pick up some sample with ID 0800002086000017-CBS15-CS15030101-3 and search in the system.
      Then he view the entire chain of that particular sausage by clicking Global TU graph.
      Now he want to check all Halal certificates from both Sausage Manufacturer (Premier Agro SB) and Slaughter Plant (OK Poultry & Meat SB)
    10. Confirm with Supplier
      First the QA check his immediate supplier by clicking the outgoing shipment. The associate information will show up.
      Then he click the certificate link associate with the Outgoing shipment
    11. Certificate Authenticated
      Then the QA check his supplier’s supplier by clicking their outgoing shipment. In this case, the QA didn’t rely on his immediate supplier to provide the certificate. He demand on original certificate, no fax or photocopy.
      COUNTERFIT Avoided !

      The QA also want to ensure the ingredients used for making the sausage was halal. He conduct some check to verify the ingredient halalness.
    14. Zoom into supplier’s ingredient list
      Using the same sample with ID 0800002086000017-CBS15-CS15030101-3 he view the ingredients use to make the sausage.
