5. Do I have to go to the insurance companies
recommended shop?
You have the right to choose who repairs your vehicle.

8. How long will it take to repair my vehicle?
It is difficult to tell how long the repair will take until we
are able to disassemble it and determine all damages.
At that point we will determine repair time based on an
industry standard calculation of 1 day for every 4 labor
hours. We are often able to beat this calculation, but it
is a good starting point.
