    • Middleton Community Endowment Structure • MCE is affiliated with Madison Community Foundation • As an Affiliate Fund, MCE: • Enjoys every advantage of a private community foundation • Has the benefit of experienced field expertise • Maximizes earnings through pooled investing • Minimizes administrative costs • Madison Community Foundation has given over $450,000 in grants to Middleton since 2000
    • Middleton Community Endowment 2012 Recipients – Habitat for Humanity – Growing Food and Sustainability – Friends of the PAC – Dean Foundation – Women’s of Benedictine – Middleton Community Orchestra – Reach a Child – Middleton Outreach Ministry – Journey Mental Health Center Grant requests are accepted twice per year on April 30 and October 31.
