Mobile Location There are a number of ways to find the position of an end-user’s mobile phone, one of those is cell-ID which is the basis for this first step of the Mobile Location API. An API for translating a cell-ID from a mobile phone network into a geographical position Positioning that can be used for any device that supports reading of cell-ID 2
