    • Consequences- private health sector
      • It pulls health care resources, primarily doctors and specialists, away from the government sector
      • Heavier workloads for the remaining doctors in government service>poorer quality services.
      • If government services are weakened, the bargaining power of the private sector will increase, and charges for private sector will rise>gap….
