Yes, I do believe meditation is a stress reliever, and is the magic bullet that most search to find
If you would like to experience a more peaceful today, it is advisable to give yourself a few moments to just relax and feel the peace within.
There are many methods of meditation; relaxation exercises, breathing exercises, etc. The main intent is to focus. Focus is key. You may even choose to focus on your heart beat, or a candle light.
The by-product of focus is meditation, which allows peace to enter, clear thinking, healing and reduces that monkey-mind chatter.
Don't make it complicated. The most important factor is that we just relax our bodies and our minds and observe the peace that is associated.
