We cold call and email companies and individuals not in our database to find a potential fit outside our existing candidate pool. Many headhunters do not do this because it is an exhaustive process. We do it because it’s in the best interest of the client .
We will find at least 3 candidates who fit the job description and are pre-qualified on accepting the offer. This process mitigates the potential of getting to the offer stage only to discover a candidate is no longer interested.
