Step 2<br />A Brief Description<br />Use this box to describe the cohort in continuous prose in order to cover the issues that can not be recorded in the previous table.<br />e.g. Mobility, size of class, friendship groups, maturity etc.<br />Where a specific issue has a distinct impact on learning it should be highlighted in red.<br />Example: This cohort is of average size, but half of the group come from an area of high deprivation which has affected the dynamics of the class. Behaviour is varied and there are regular disturbances to the school day. <br />
